Matt has over 15 years of experience manufacturing and designing custom machinery, products and processes — from tight-tolerance tooling for high-speed production equipment to process improvements that automate existing lines. Before that, he served in the U.S. Navy as an Aviation Electrician’s Mate, repairing electrical and electro-mechanical systems on airframes from the SH-3 Sea King to the F-14 Tomcat.
